At Nami Matcha, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns on unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team at hello@namimatcha.com with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the matcha tins or accessories are in their original, unopened packaging and securely place them in a shipping box.

  Ship Your Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
